Job Description

Managing and control the Project life cycle of the following systems:

Networking:

• Design and implement network infrastructure.
• Manage network security and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

Building Security:

• Design and install security systems (CCTV, access control).
• Ensure compliance with security standards.
• Monitor and maintain security systems.
• Manage active network components (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Implement network policies and procedures.
• Ensure network reliability and efficiency.

Audio-Visual Systems:

• Design and implement AV systems.
• Integrate AV systems with other building technologies.
• Provide technical support for AV systems.

Telecommunication:

• Design and implement telecommunication systems.
• Ensure seamless communication infrastructure.
• Maintain and upgrade telecommunication systems.

Server and Storage Solutions:

• Design and deploy server infrastructure.
• Implement storage solutions to meet project requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery planning.

Datacenter and IDF Designing:

• Design and implement datacenter infrastructure.
• Ensure optimal cooling, power, and physical security for datacenters.

Public Address and Voice Alarm Systems:

Access Control Systems:

• Design and install access control systems.
• Ensure secure and efficient access management.
• Regular maintenance and updates.

Building Management Systems (BMS):

• Design and implement BMS for efficient building operations.
• Integrate BMS with other building technologies.
• Monitor and optimize building performance.

All Other relevant ELV system depend on the project nature and requirement.

Other ELV Project Management Responsibility:

• Study the project scope and validate them with current technology trends to achieve maximum cost optimization.
• Oversee ELV and ICT project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise ICT packages within company projects to ensure successful delivery of the ICT packages from the design stage through to the handover of the project.
• Supervise and coordinate with different contractors, suppliers, and implementer as per the requirements of company.
• Prepare RFP and participate in the tendering process of IT packages for company’s projects.
• Manage the implementation of ICT project tenders within company
• Supervise the implementation of IT tenders within company and its projects
• Manage the process of handover of IT packages to the operators and sign-off to the implementer.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or with Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in ELV and ICT project management within construction projects.
• Proven experience in Networking, Building Security, Active Network Components, AV, Telecommunication, Server and Storage Solutions, Datacenter and IDF Designing, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address and Voice Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, and Building Management Systems …etc.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Hospitality projects Experience is preferred
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus.
