Job summary

Aptus Infotech is seeking an ELV Project Engineer to plan, coordinate and support ELV projects from execution through completion in Muscat. You will review drawings and specifications, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality during installation, testing and handover.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of ELV project engineering experience, strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling and related systems, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering field.
• 3-5 years of ELV project engineering experience.
• Knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, PA, SMATV/IPTV.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and BOQs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong ownership, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant ELV or project management certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and support ELV projects from execution through completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Review ELV drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, materials and deliverables.
• Coordinate ELV installation, inspection, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, delays and project-related challenges.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates and required documentation.
• Support RFIs, technical submittals, inspections and material approvals.
• Perform other project and engineering duties as assigned.
