Job summary

Gender is seeking a Project Controls Lead to oversee planning, scheduling, EVM, and S-curve analysis for greenfield projects. You will manage risk registers, progress tracking, KPI reporting, and monthly and annual project review presentations, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate is proficient with MS Office, Primavera and Power BI, and can produce clear management reports and presentations.

• Excellent presentation and management reporting skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to meet review deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for greenfield projects, including planning and scheduling.
• Perform EVM, S-curve analysis, risk register, and progress tracking.
• Prepare KPI reporting and monthly/annual project review presentations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and deliver other need-based reports.
