Job summary

Client of 2COMs is seeking a Production Manager in Oman to lead the aluminium and uPVC windows and doors manufacturing operations. You will handle production planning, workforce allocation, and oversee cutting, welding, assembly, glass and accessory processes.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years in manufacturing, with Gulf experience and a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. Language is Basic English; accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in aluminium and uPVC windows and doors manufacturing.
• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
• Direct experience managing a factory or production department.

Responsibilities

• Full management of aluminium and uPVC windows and doors production.
• Production planning and workforce allocation.
• Oversee cutting, welding, assembly, glass and accessories processes.
• Monitor CNC machines and production equipment.
• Follow up on quality, waste and productivity.
• Coordinate with sales, installation teams, sites and logistics.
• Follow up on customer complaints.
• Manage materials and inventory.
• Monitor safety procedures and operational reports.
