Job summary

Asmacs is seeking a senior Production Manager for aluminium fabrication/manufacturing in Oman. The role emphasizes leadership of production teams, planning, scheduling, and ensuring on-time delivery of projects involving windows, doors, curtain walls, and related aluminium products.

Candidates should have 8–10 years of experience, with 3–5 years in leadership, and hold an engineering degree. The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency in a dynamic factory environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in aluminium fabrication/manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of aluminium systems and fabrication processes, including Windows & Doors, Curtain Walls, Cladding, Louvers, and related aluminium products.
• Factory production management expertise — planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, machine utilization, production capacity, productivity, and meeting project delivery targets.
• Excellent knowledge of drawings, specifications and quality requirements, with the ability to coordinate with Technical Office, Estimation, Projects, Procurement and QA/QC teams.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to manage production teams, reduce waste and rework, improve efficiency, control costs, and maintain quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
