Job summary

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with end-user departments, manage stakeholders, set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure on-time delivery within budget. Candidates should have 3+ years in HR/ERP PM roles and 8+ years overall experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with extensive experience in HR/ERP domains.
• Diploma holders with 10 years of relevant experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven knowledge of HR/ERP software and technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and coordinate with development teams/vendors.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle for HR and ERP digital solutions within governance and standards.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and targets; monitor data to drive improvements.
