Job summary

Najah Business Solutions is hiring a Finance Manager to support the Group Finance Controller in strengthening financial governance across the Group, overseeing corporate accounting, group consolidation, financial controls, statutory compliance and taxation matters.

The role requires Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA) or equivalent with 8–10 years post-qualification experience, hands-on consolidation, and ERP exposure. In-person work location is Muscat, Oman.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Hands-on experience in Group consolidation, financial reporting, statutory compliance and internal controls.
• Exposure to taxation and ERP implementation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Group financial consolidation.
• Review information from SBUs for completeness, consistency and compliance.
• Ensure elimination of inter-company balances and reconciliation of Group transactions.
• Maintain the Group chart of accounts and accounting framework.
• Coordinate preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Develop and update accounting policies, SOPs and policies.
• Monitor internal financial controls across all Group entities.
• Coordinate compliance reporting and statutory filings.
• Coordinate all corporate tax, VAT and withholding tax matters.
• Coordinate audit activities and ensure audit readiness.
• Lead finance process improvements and ERP enhancements related to finance and compliance.
