Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in QA/QC inspection for real estate and MEP projects.
• Experience inspecting HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve QCPs, ITPs, procedures, and method statements before construction activities commence.
• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical installations.
• Verify MEP works against shop drawings, project specs and international codes.
• Witness pressure testing, duct leakage testing, insulation testing, and related inspections.
• Check materials with MTCs and MAS for compliance with project requirements.
• Raise NCRs for quality deficiencies and monitor corrective actions through to closure.
• Support mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, functional testing, and system commissioning.
• Maintain quality records and monitor contractor and vendor quality performance.
