Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment in Muscat, Oman seeks a finance professional to manage revenue bookings, debtors, budgeting and forecasting. You will prepare reports, assist audits, and ensure compliance with VAT and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should have a Commerce degree, ACCA a plus, 2+ years experience, and strong Excel skills. Proficiency in accounting software (Focus, Tally, Peachtree, Orion, Logic) is expected, with good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
• ACCA certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of work experience.
• Accounting software knowledge (Focus, Tally, Peachtree, Orion, Logic).
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for principals.
• Regularly follow up on payments with principals.
• Book all payments/receipts in the Focus system.
• Prepare detailed budgets and business plans.
• Conduct reviews for cost reduction opportunities.
• Review and produce accurate financial reports and VAT/MIS reporting.
