Vrinda International seeks an Occupational Health and Emergency Medical Services Doctor to oversee medical care for personnel in the oil & gas sector in Oman. The role blends clinical expertise with safety protocols to protect workforce health and ensure operational continuity.

The candidate will conduct health risk assessments, manage medical documentation, and collaborate with HSE teams while delivering on-site emergency care and fitness-to-work evaluations across remote and offshore sites.

Formación

• 5 to 7 years of professional medical practice experience, preferably in industrial or high-risk sectors.
• Experience in Health Risk Assessments within complex operational settings.
• Proficient in medical documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Strong collaboration with HSE teams to align medical strategies with safety objectives.
• Exceptional clinical decision-making abilities in high-pressure emergencies.
• Experience delivering medical services within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience performing Occupational Health and Fitness-to-Work assessments.
• Training and practical experience in Emergency Medicine and acute patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct health risk assessments to identify occupational hazards relevant to oil & gas operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with HSE teams to coordinate medical initiatives and safety programs.
• Execute rapid clinical decision-making to diagnose and treat work-related injuries.
• Deliver specialized medical services on-site, including remote or offshore locations.
• Perform comprehensive fitness-to-work evaluations for various industrial roles.
• Provide advanced emergency medical care and stabilise patients as needed.
