We are currently hiring for the position of Merchandiser for our retail store in Nizwa, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the purchasing team to plan and select products for display
• Set up displays and arrange products according to company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
• Conduct regular store walks to ensure proper product placement and cleanliness
• Monitor sales trends and adjust displays accordingly to increase sales
• Implement promotional strategies to attract customers and increase sales
• Train and guide store staff on product knowledge, display techniques, and merchandising standards
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales figures, and customer feedback

Requirements

• Must be an Indian national currently residing in Nizwa, Oman
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Salary
