VirtualWorks Hub in Nizwa, Oman is hiring a Merchandiser (Indian Nationals Only) to ensure products are displayed attractively and organized to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with purchasing, setting up displays, monitoring inventory, restocking, training staff, and maintaining records. It offers a part-time schedule (4 hours per day), accommodation near the store, and visa sponsorship, with a monthly salary of 1400$.

Qualifications

• Must be Indian national residing in Nizwa, Oman.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with purchasing to plan and select products for display.
• Set up displays and arrange products per company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and restock products in a timely manner.
• Conduct store walks to ensure placement and cleanliness.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust displays to boost sales.
• Implement promotional strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
• Train staff on product knowledge and merchandising standards.
• Maintain records of inventory, sales figures, and customer feedback.
