Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a warehouse coordinator to manage material receipt, inspection coordination, and inventory control in Oman. The role ensures accurate stock records, proper storage, and preservation of materials while coordinating with QA/QC for clearance.

The candidate will also oversee material issue, track consumption, and maintain precise issue records, following FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to verify incoming goods and maintain stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify against PO and packing lists.
• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor levels for reordering.
• Ensure proper storage per guidelines and preserve materials to prevent damage.
• Issue materials using MRS, track consumption, and maintain records.
