Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services represents an established GCC group in the food & beverage and hospitality sector seeking a Marketing Executive - F&B in Muscat, Oman. The role focuses on planning and executing campaigns, brand activations, and ensuring strong visibility across restaurant concepts.

You will coordinate promotions with operations, agencies and vendors, support digital marketing, CRM, and brand communication in Arabic and English, and bring hands-on experience with events,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or proven relevant experience; familiarity with digital marketing, Microsoft Office and creative coordination preferred.
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience in F&B, advertising agencies or restaurant groups.
• Hands-on experience planning campaigns, events, or brand activations, not only managing social media.
• Fluent Arabic and English, with strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and creative-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand activations to increase restaurant visibility, engagement, footfall and brand awareness.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events and materials with operations, agencies, vendors and management for timely execution.
• Support digital marketing and brand communication including social media, website updates and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance, gather customer feedback and monitor competitors; maintain CRM information and propose ideas to improve results.

About the Client:

Job Description:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand activations to increase restaurant visibility, customer engagement, footfall and brand awareness.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and marketing materials, working closely with restaurant operations, creative agencies, vendors and management to ensure timely execution.
• Support digital marketing and brand communication, including social media campaigns, website updates, promotional content and consistent brand presentation.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback and competitor activities, maintain marketing records and CRM information, and recommend creative ideas to improve results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field, or proven relevant experience. Familiarity with digital marketing, Microsoft Office and creative coordination is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in F&B, advertising agencies within, or restaurant groups.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, or brand activations, rather than only managing social media accounts.
• Fluent Arabic and English, both written and spoken, with strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and creative-thinking skills
