Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics.
• Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Financial Engineering, or Data Analytics is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in market data, financial markets, or banking IT.
• Solid knowledge of primary market data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Quanthouse).
• Sound understanding of financial markets, exchange operations, instruments, and index types.
• Experience in large-scale IT projects and system implementations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with global market data vendors (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, exchanges) and manage contracts.
• Oversee subscriptions, user access, entitlements, and licensing agreements.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance with vendor terms and usage policies.
• Administer enterprise data platforms (e.g. Bloomberg B-PIPE, BDL, Refinitiv EMS) and onboard feeds.
• Produce usage and compliance reports; coordinate vendor audits and remediation.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive governance of data services.
• Support technology transformation projects and maintain documentation.
