Job summary

AS Edutech Hr Consultant seeks a Machine Skilled Operator to manage EPS production lines, including pre-expansion, density control, moulding, and waste processing. The role also covers wire mesh/panel production, machine setup, quality checks, and routine maintenance.

The operator reads technical drawings, adjusts processes, and contributes to waste reduction. Training supports handling forklifts and equipment, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and timely production targets.

Qualifications

• Reading technical drawings and optimizing EPS cutting to minimize waste.
• Quality monitoring and routine maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adjust process parameters.

Responsibilities

• Operate EPS production section including pre-expansion, density control, silos and material management.
• Operate EPS moulding, waste grinding and virgin recycled material mixing; monitor steam, water, and compressed air systems.
• Read technical drawings and optimize cutting to minimize waste; monitor quality and adjust parameters as needed.
• Operate wire mesh and panel production section including automatic welded wire mesh production, CNC mesh cutting and bending, and welding.
• Carry out routine and extraordinary maintenance and use computer to manage production data.

• EPS production section including EPS pre-expansion and density control EPS silos and material management EPS block moulding EPS waste grinding and virgin recycled material mixing CNC CAD-CAM contour cutting of EPS blocks Monitoring steam water and compressed-air systems associated with production Machine setup parameter adjustment quality monitoring troubleshooting and routine maintenance Reading technical drawings and optimizing EPS cutting to minimize waste
• wire mesh and panel production section including Automatic welded wire mesh production Wire straightening and cutting Wire butt welding Operation of the main automated CIPS panel production machine CNC mesh cutting and bending Manual welding rework where required Machine setup parameter adjustment quality monitoring troubleshooting and routine maintenance Reading technical drawings and checking dimensional product quality

Preferred candidate profile

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualifications
• For both positions, candidates should preferably have a Technical Diploma/ITI or equivalent technical qualification and hands-on experience with industrial/manufacturing machinery. Experience with EPS/foam processing, CNC/hot-wire cutting, automated production lines, wire mesh/welding machinery, panel production, or similar equipment would be an advantage.
• The operators will be supported by helpers and a forklift/logistics operator.
