Damas in Muscat, Oman, is seeking an experienced luxury retail professional to join our team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, have excellent product knowledge of jewellery, and maintain high standards in display and store presentation to meet our DAMAS standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and availability to work retail hours including weekends.

Formación

• Graduate or minimum high school education.
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent knowledge of jewellery products.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, assess needs, and invite to the counter.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and close sales.
• Maintain DAMAS store standards and VM displays.
• Ensure accurate stock counts and regular stock takes.
• Handle payments and verify cash transactions.
• Assist with repairs and follow up orders as needed.
• Collect customer feedback after sale and contribute to stock-take exercises.
