Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms are checked prior to guest check-in.
• Handle guest feedbacks, inquiries and comments.

Skills

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Knowledge of hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM)

Excellent command of English

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
