Job summary

Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences invites applications for a Waitress role to deliver attentive, luxurious dining experiences in our premium hotel environment. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, knowledge of menus and promotions, and professional conduct in line with hotel policies and HACCP

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables where applicable.
• Present menus, explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to Tivoli service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and refer complex matters to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Bid farewell to guests and thank them for visiting.
• Work closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all hotel SOPs, policies, and service standards.
• Maintain assigned station in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition.
• Complete opening, operating, and closing duties as assigned.
• Develop thorough knowledge of food menus, beverage lists, wine selections, and promotions.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Check with the Supervisor before leaving the assigned station.
• Assist with room service operations when required.
• Remove trays and service items from guest corridors promptly.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently.
• Ensure all restaurant equipment and operating supplies are properly maintained.
