Qualifications

Loader Operator

We are currently hiring a Loader Operator to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery to load and move materials around construction sites. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$, without accommodation but with visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, bulldozers, and excavators to load and move materials.
• Understand and follow safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery.
• Keep track of materials loaded and moved, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to project timelines and work towards meeting production goals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or issues immediately to the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating loaders or similar heavy machinery.

Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding job that requires long hours of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating heavy machinery. You will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, wind, dust, etc. You may also be required to work weekends or evenings depending on project needs.
