Qualifications

Loader Operator

A loader operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment, specifically a loader, to load and move materials on construction sites, in quarries, or other work locations. This position requires physical strength and stamina as well as the ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

• Operate a loader to load materials onto trucks, conveyor belts, or into stockpiles
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Perform daily maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues
• Keep accurate records of materials loaded and moved
• Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading activities
• Follow specific instructions for material handling and placement
• Adhere to production schedules and meet set targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment, preferably a loader
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for operating heavy machinery
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English or Arabic (preferred)
• Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing onto equipment, and standing for extended periods of time
• Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception for operating equipment accurately
• Attention to detail to ensure materials are loaded correctly and safely

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nizwa, Oman

Contract Type: Full-time with accommodation provided
