Job summary

NOA Solutions in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Lead Network Engineer to own enterprise network design, routing optimization, security segmentation, and documentation. You will architect Cisco routing/switching, manage Fortinet firewalls, and drive SD‑WAN with cloud integration.

Responsibilities include HLD/LLD creation, SOPs, and cross-team leadership. 10+ years in networking, 5+ in lead roles are required, with Saudi work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive professional experience in enterprise network engineering and ICT infrastructure management.
• 5+ years in a senior/lead/principal network engineering capacity.
• Hands-on Cisco routing, switching, and advanced core protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, STP).
• Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, security segmentation, and IPS/IDS.
• Experience in wireless networks, SD‑WAN, and hybrid‑cloud connectivity.
• Ability to author architectural documentation (HLD/LLD) and lead complex projects.
• Legal work eligibility and availability for Saudi Arabia work.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise routing and switching infrastructures across multi-site environments.
• Implement core routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VRFs, and STP.
• Manage Fortinet FortiGate appliances, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and network segmentation.
• Design and deploy enterprise wireless networks and SD‑WAN solutions.
• Integrate on-premises infrastructure with cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Deploy and administer network access control (Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass).
• Produce HLD/LLD/SOP and as‑built documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution with cross-functional teams.
