Job summary

Gender is seeking a senior AI analytics leader to own end-to-end AI use cases, from business value to delivery, and to shape enterprise analytics without hands-on execution.

You will translate business problems into structured analytics, define ROI and success metrics, design data marts for Cloudera, and mentor junior teams. A strong background in data analytics and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or AI/advanced analytics roles.
• Ability to define AI use-cases, ROI, and implementation frameworks.
