Job summary

Michael Page partners with an established organisation in Oman undergoing a major data and AI transformation. The role centers on identifying high-impact AI and analytics use cases and translating business problems into structured analytics designs.

The successful candidate will define ROI, value cases, and success metrics, design data marts for Cloudera consumption, and guide junior analytics teams and AI developers. A senior leader with 8+ years' experience is sought.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
• At least 8 years' experience in data analytics, AI, or advanced analytics roles.
• Proven ability to define AI use cases, ROI, and implementation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and prioritise AI and analytics use cases with the business.
• Translate business problems into structured analytics and AI designs.
• Define ROI, value cases, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Design data marts, datasets, and schemas for Cloudera consumption.
• Guide and mentor junior analytics teams and AI developers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field
