You will support quantity measurement, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender docs, and post-contract QS activities under the Senior QS / Commercial Manager.

The ideal candidate is Omani, a fresh graduate with a Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying degree, proficient in AutoCAD and Excel, able to read drawings and derive accurate quantities from

Qualifications

• Omani national with a degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Fresh graduates welcome; ability to read drawings and measure from AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong Excel/Word skills and understanding of construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and perform quantity take-off from plans.
• Prepare detailed measurement sheets and BOQs.
• Assist in cost estimates and project budgets.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate submissions.
• Attend project sites to verify quantities and progress.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and commercial team.
