Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Review and reconcile accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process invoices payments and other financial transactions.
• Assist in budget planning and forecasting.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
• Prepare tax returns and assist with audits.
• Support other departments by providing financial information and analysis as needed.
