Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group seeks a physician to assess and manage patients with evidence-based care, documenting plans in medical records and ensuring timely execution. The incumbent becomes the most responsible physician for inpatients under their care, develops discharge plans, and participates in teaching rounds and staff meetings.

Excellent English and Arabic skills are required, along with licenses to practice (SCFHS/DHA) and BLS.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and families, physicians and non-medical staff.
• Microsoft computer skills are required.
• Good organization skills and ability to work in high stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical duties per assigned privileges.
• Assess patients and document in medical records.
• Develops and documents a plan of care following standards of care.
• Ensure timely implementation of the plan of care.
• Becomes the most responsible physician for inpatients under their name.
• Develops discharge plans and involves discharge planning when warranted.
• Daily assessments and SOAP progress notes for inpatients.
• Responds promptly to medical consultations and documents interventions.
• Adheres to Fakeeh Care documentation standards and patient education.
• Attends meetings and contributes to quality improvement and education.
