Job summary

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare and at least 2 years in a Quality Risk Management department. A Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field is preferred, alongside strong skills in both English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare field.
• At least 2 years in a Quality Risk Management department in a large healthcare facility.
• Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Review and align EMS policies with accreditation requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses and develop compliance action plans.
• Coordinate accreditation readiness activities.
• Provide training on updated policies to staff.
• Perform regular audits on EMS operations.
