Job summary

Kanz is seeking a logistics professional to handle customs documentation, coordinate import/export shipments, and manage cross-trade movements across markets. The role requires 2–4 years of related experience and strong knowledge of procedures.

You will monitor schedules, oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain records and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery, with English proficiency required and Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant logistics/shipping experience.
• Strong knowledge of import, export and customs procedures.
• Experience in cross-trade shipping is preferred.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Knowledge of Oman customs procedures will be an advantage.
• Good command of English; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customs documentation and coordinate customs clearance.
• Coordinate import and export shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders and transporters.
• Manage and arrange cross-trade shipments between different countries.
• Monitor shipment schedules, documentation and delivery status.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch and movement of goods.
• Maintain proper logistics and shipment records.
• Resolve shipment and documentation issues and ensure timely delivery.
