Job summary

Converra Consulting in Oman seeks an ICV Lead to drive manpower planning and mobilisation during the start-up phase of a maintenance project. You will build staffing plans, coordinate CV submissions, and track readiness for each position, including Omanisation considerations.

The role reports to the Technical Services Manager and collaborates with the main contractor's HR function to align with project timelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven background in manpower planning, mobilisation or governance on long-term maintenance contracts.
• Experience on major oil and gas assets in Oman with operator HSE and specs.
• 12+ years in manpower planning or mobilisation within oil & gas, EPC or industrial services.
• Knowledge of Omani labour law and Omanisation requirements.
• Strong organisational and document control skills for high-volume CV and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the PMC team's manpower plan aligned to scope, KPIs and program.
• Coordinate CV submissions and approvals; ensure readiness timelines.
• Draft and maintain mobilisation plan including people, equipment and permits.
• Track readiness such as visas, medical clearances, inductions and site passes.
• Support Omanisation reporting with In-Country Value function.
• Handover mobilisation function to Mobilisation Coordinator at project transition.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and approvals by HR function.
