Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence seeks a Project & Service Engineer (I&C) to drive automation projects across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing. You will work on PLC, SCADA, DCS, SIS, FGS, and OSI PI, from engineering to commissioning and handover.

You will lead site activities, support on-site and remote customers, coordinate with teams, and ensure safety and quality through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Control Systems, and site execution activities.
• Experience with servicing and maintaining automation systems from major vendors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise site activities for industrial automation systems.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical assessments.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for PLC/SCADA-based systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Attend emergency and on-call troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Lead commissioning and startup activities for automation packages.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain service documentation and FAT/SAT reports.
• Lead engineering activities including specification development and PLC/SCADA code implementation.
