Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, policies, and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and toolbox talks
• Monitor and report near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions
• Lead emergency response drills and promote a proactive safety culture
• Collaborate with site teams to enforce safety culture across operations
• Maintain HSE documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards

We Are Looking For

• NEBOSH certification (minimum 3 years of experience)
• Experience working with SAWCOD and approval
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas industry
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region preferred
• Holding a valid residence visa (Iqama) related to a safety profession (MANDATORY)
• Strong leadership, communication, and observation skills
