Job summary

Abroad Work seeks a Hotel Sales Manager in Khasab, Oman to lead sales strategies, drive revenue, and improve occupancy. You will align with the management team to identify markets and craft plans that attract corporate clients and travel partners.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing and at least three years in hotel sales, with excellent English communication, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a proven track record of meeting targets. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel sales or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitors' activities preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

As a Hotel Sales Manager in Khasab, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy in our hotel. We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission based on performance.
