Lobo Business Consultants in Oman seeks an Operations Manager to drive safety, production, and plant efficiency while managing budgets. The role directs the commissioning, start-up and optimization of a new Petrochemical plant to achieve performance goals.

The ideal candidate brings a BE- Chemical degree and 15+ years of process-plant experience, including 8+ years in supervisory roles with at least 3 years in leadership.

• Extensive experience in plant operations, commissioning and start-up in petrochemicals.
