• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting

• In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Filipino or Nepali languages is an advantage
