Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance seeks a professional Mechanical Training Instructor for H125 B1. You will study training regulations, develop course standards and instructional plans, and create basic and advanced specialty courses in line with customer requirements.

You will also edit the Master Training Plan, perform OJT with trainee technicians, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and export control procedures during all training activities.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
• Comply with Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
• Check tools/GSEs for condition and expiration before training activities
• Check components/parts for conditions and documentation applicability
• Determine and perform maintenance requirements for parts, clearances, tolerance, fuel and hydraulic leaks
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications
• Record all work on appropriate paperwork as per AHA Management System
• Ensure correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
• Verify aircraft status and release to service in accordance with AHA Management System
• Ensure timely completion of work meeting delivery quality requirements
• Evaluate trainee performance and conduct on-the-job training
• Train personnel on maintenance manuals and safety directives
