Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Muscat, Oman, is seeking a Non-Management Loss Prevention & Security team member for full-time, on-site duty. Responsibilities include patrolling the property, monitoring security systems, and assisting guests with room access.

The role requires vigilance, communication, and timely reporting of incidents. Daily tasks involve incident documentation, coordinating with EMS, and maintaining confidentiality of security data while ensuring guest and staff safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms and fire life safety systems.
• Lock property entrances when required and inspect for hazards.
• Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies and escalate as needed.
• Complete incident reports to document security/loss prevention events.
• Escort unwelcome persons off property without disrupting operations.
• Report to scenes of accidents or thefts and coordinate with responders.
• Complete daily loss prevention shift summaries and maintain confidentiality of reports.
