Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Oman seeks a Female Beverage Service Specialist (Bartender) to craft drinks and deliver personalized guest service.

You will manage the bar, stock and equipment, and handle cash while working night, weekend, and holiday shifts within a collaborative hotel team. Fluent in the local language and comfortable with basic maths, you’ll provide warm, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in the local language and able to read/write basic math.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm welcome for every guest and set the tone for the experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard and highlight promotions.
• Own your bar by managing stock, inventory and equipment and keep the space clean.
• Handle cash and card transactions.
• Collaborate with restaurant colleagues to deliver seamless service.
