Job summary

Belden Inc. in Oman is seeking a Medior Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of complex customer projects across the MEA region, with a focus on National Grid Saudi.

You will work with cross-functional teams, customers and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality results in industrial and energy verticals. This in-office role requires a strong PM background, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, fluency in Arabic and English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex turnkey or milestone-based customer projects in industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally with a focus on OT/IT networking in industrial sectors.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally across the MEA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex turnkey and milestone-based projects across the MEA region, focusing on National Grid Saudi.
• Coordinate with Solution Sales, Solution Consultants, Operations, customers and suppliers to manage inputs and milestones.
• Own project financial performance including budgets, margins, cash flow, and resource planning.
• Build relationships with stakeholders through proactive communication and structured reporting on progress, risks, issues, and changes.
• Drive quality, risk and change management throughout the project lifecycle and ensure smooth closure and handover.
