Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a diligent floor supervisor to oversee daily operations on site in Muscat. You will assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with departments, training new workers, and producing accurate daily production and attendance reports to meet targets on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports on production output, staff attendance, and any workplace incidents.


• Ensure daily production or service targets are met within the required timelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.
