Job summary

Qatar National Bank is seeking a Senior Manager - Finance (Saudization) to lead financial reporting, regulatory compliance and performance analysis within the Accounting & Finance department in Oman. You will prepare MIS, implement controls, and coordinate with HO FCD and auditors to ensure accurate disclosures and efficient processes.

The role requires a university degree in accounting/finance/economics, professional qualifications, and strong English communication skills, with Arabic or French

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACA, ACCA or MBA preferred.
• 8 years of relevant experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic/French desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in monitoring limits, exposures and profitability while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual MIS and regulatory reports.
• Coordinate financial questions with HO FCD departments and with external auditors.
• Prepare annual and quarterly financial statements and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
