Job summary

Front End seeks a Finance Operations Specialist to own day-to-day accounts payable, payments and finance administration, ensuring invoices are coded, validated and paid accurately and on time under Saudi regulations.

The role supports the Financial Controller, maintains vendor data, and drives VAT/ZATCA compliance, WHT/CIT reporting and month-end close, with exposure to Oracle NetSuite and multi-currency payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 2–5 years in accounts payable or finance operations, Saudi or GCC exposure preferred.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred; other ERP systems acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable activities: coding, verification, three-way matching and posting.
• Prepare and process local and international payments; ensure WPS/Mudad compliance where applicable.
• Maintain vendor master data and reconcile supplier statements; support onboarding of suppliers.
• Support VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing, WHT and CIT submissions; ensure internal controls and anti-bribery standards.
• Assist month-end close; manage expense claims and petty cash; provide ad-hoc FC support.
