Job summary

Medisol Placements Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for a hospital in Oman. The role covers budgeting, reporting, cash flow and regulatory compliance, with a focus on strong analytics and leadership to support management decisions.

The candidate will manage accounting cycles, liaise with auditors, and drive process improvements while ensuring robust internal controls within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• Hospital experience mandatory.
• ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent qualifications advantageous.
• Experience in financial management within healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, reporting and internal controls.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting and reporting.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Manage payables, receivables, general ledger and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor performance, identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and policies in Oman.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and support audits.
• Establish financial controls and risk management procedures.
• Supervise finance and accounting team.
• Provide financial analysis to senior management for strategic decisions.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with prior experience in hospital to oversee the financial operations of a healthcare organization in Oman The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning budgeting reporting cash flow management and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies The candidate should possess strong analytical skills leadership abilities and the capacity to support management in making informed financial decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting budgeting and financial reporting
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets financial forecasts and cash flow projections
• Manage accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports
• Monitor financial performance identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards tax regulations and financial policies in Oman
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls and risk management procedures
• Monitor hospital expenses revenue and financial performance where applicable
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making
