Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. in Oman seeks a junior technician to assist in the safe and efficient operation of the plant, monitor process equipment, record parameters, and report abnormalities to the CRO or Supervisors.

You will support start-ups and shutdowns and help maintain safe plant operations. You will perform routine checks, assist in maintenance, ensure proper handover to the next shift, and adhere to QHSE procedures (LOTO, PTW, JHA).

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Arabic language.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring process equipment ensuring safety standards.
• Monitor and record equipment parameters and report abnormalities.
• Support system start-ups and shutdowns as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in pressurizing/depressurizing equipment and pipelines when required.
• Perform basic operational and maintenance checks under supervision.
• Ensure accurate and timely handover of information to the next shift.
• Comply with QHSE standards and document tasks.
