Job summary

Acwa China is seeking a Field Operations professional to monitor and maximize the availability of plant equipment in a cost-effective, sustainable manner. You will assist the operations team to ensure safe and reliable field operation and coordinate maintenance across the area with other teams.

The role requires a 3-year Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent, and 5–7 years of experience in a CCGT power plant. Proficient IT and SAP/PI/MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 year Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent engineering.
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience with adequate exposure in CCGT Power Plant.
• Knowledge of SAP, PI System and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operation Team in monitoring the Plant operations of all equipment and machines.
• Assist the Operation Team to have Safe and Reliable Field Operation.
• Coordinate for all Area Planned and corrective Maintenance works with other teams for safe job execution.
• Assist the Operations Department in development of Standard Operating and work Procedures.
• Involvement and support at other technical activities relating to the plant as required.
• Support and guide newly joining team members with area technical guidance.
• Facilitate team development activities and ensure a safe work culture within Operations.

Qualification-

3 year-Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Equivalent Engineering
