Job summary

Oman Reinsurance Company seeks an experienced Underwriter to lead the Facultative Casualty and Miscellaneous Accident line in Oman. You will align with underwriting guidelines and corporate strategy while delivering value across the portfolio.

You will review risks, price and structure terms, manage and develop the portfolio, and collaborate with other lines for cross-selling. A strong market knowledge and relevant certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years underwriting experience, preferably in the MENA region
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Deep knowledge of insurance markets, legal frameworks, and macroeconomic trends
• Certifications CPCU, ARe, ARM or CII
