We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee all on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or concerns
• Manage project budgets and timelines making adjustments as needed
• Communicate regularly with clients subcontractors and team members to ensure project progress and resolve any issues
• Hire and manage construction workers and subcontractors as needed
• Maintain records of project progress expenses and materials used
• Ensure that all construction work meets building codes regulations and quality standards

Requirements

• Indian nationality with valid work permit for Oman preference given to candidates currently residing in Al Buraymi
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of construction methods practices codes and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
• Experience managing complex projects with tight deadlines
• Proficient in using construction management software
