Job summary

Alphaconnect in Al Buraymi, Oman, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate all stages of construction projects. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation while liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet requirements.

Role requires five years in a construction management role and a Civil Engineering degree, with strong knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment. English communication is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
• Valid driver's license.

Salary

• $1100 per month.
