Jumeirah Muscat Bay, part of the Jumeirah group, seeks an Executive - Human Capital to drive HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. You will partner with leaders to ensure compliance, deliver engaging learning programs, and manage colleague engagement initiatives.

The role emphasizes HR administration, policy guidance, and high-quality guest service support, in a luxury hospitality setting in Muscat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of administrative support experience, ideally in HR or hospitality.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, ideally in the Middle East.
• Excellent administrative, communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR contact for colleagues; advise on HR policies and employment matters.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, certificates, and HR documents; maintain records; handle office supplies.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate corporate learning initiatives and monitor learning platforms; generate reports.
• Plan and execute colleague engagement activities and internal communications.
• Maintain guest profiles, coordinate VIP arrivals and special requests, and support service standards.
