Job summary

Jumeirah Muscat Bay is seeking an Assistant Manager - Human Capital to strengthen HR operations across the resort. The role focuses on maintaining accurate HRIS records, coordinating recruitment, and managing staff welfare and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Hotel Management or HR, with a bachelor’s degree desirable, and at least five years in HR, preferably in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience with HRIS administration, recruitment, employee relations and welfare services.
• Knowledge of applicable employment legislation and government procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS records and staff files to support staffing decisions.
• Conduct recruitment interviews and exit interviews for colleagues across departments.
• Oversee accommodation, clinic operations and cafeteria services for colleagues.
• Plan and coordinate colleague engagement activities to promote wellbeing and culture.
• Provide coaching, counsel, and support disciplinary proceedings as needed.
